FLORALIA BOUQUET

Will I receive a pickup or delivery notification?
Your pickup day and time are confirmed when you order, so there’s no need to wait for a notification. For deliveries, you’ll receive a notification when your flowers are on their way.

Can I request specific flowers or colours?
If you have a subscription, you can share your preferences through a short questionnaire. It’s our way of getting to know your taste over time, while leaving the flower selection up to us.

Will my bouquet look different each week?
Yes. Our flower selection changes with the season and what looks best that week, so no two weeks are exactly the same.

Where are the flowers sourced?
We grow a small selection in our garden in the Eastern Townships. When needed, we source additional flowers from local and sustainable growers.

Keep your flowers looking their best

Trim ¼–½ inch from the stems and place them in fresh water. Remove any leaves below the waterline.

Refresh the water and trim the stems every day or two. Remove wilted flowers as they fade, and enjoy the ones that last.
