Will I receive a notification when my bouquet is ready for pick up?
No. We will only reach out if your order hasn’t been picked up yet.
Will I receive a delivery notification?
Yes. You will receive a notification when your flowers are on their way, either from us or the delivery service.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
At checkout, you can choose to share your preferences through a short questionnaire.
This is not for specific requests for that order, but a way for us to get to know your taste over time. From there, you can trust us to make something that feels right.
Why order online instead of at a pop-up?
Caroline now spends more time in the studio. Ordering online is the best way to receive flowers made there.
It also ensures your bouquet is reserved, as pop-ups can sell out quickly.
Where are the flowers sourced?
We grow a small selection in our garden in the Eastern Townships.
When needed, we source additional flowers from local and sustainable growers.
FLOWER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your Flower Bouquet's looking its best longest Snip ¼ to ½ inch off the ends of the stems and immediately add to water. Remove any leaves from the stems that fall below the water line. Replace water daily ( or as often as remembered) by emptying the vase and adding fresh water. Give the ends a fresh snip before adding to the new water. Remove any stems that have wilted, allowing for the longer lasting stems and blooms to thrive. Enjoy.
